Debbie was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. In 2012, on a whim, she auditioned for the Marvel movie The Avengers, and was booked for a background role. Since then, she has been booked in over 20 major and independent films, several commercials, and more recently, theater. Under the tutelage of James Madio, (Band of Brothers, Jersey Boys, Basketball Diaries), Debbie recently performed in an Actors Showcase highlighting her skills as an actress. Debbie is also a member of the Greater Cleveland Film Commission.
Danny has appeared on stage in Theater productions all across Northeast Ohio over the last 20 years, as well as on screen in “Dog Eat Dog” with Nicholas Cage and Willem Dafoe which was filmed in Cleveland in the fall of 2016. He most recently appeared in the feature film “White Boy Rick” with Matthew McConaughey that just completed shooting in Cleveland in June 2017. He is excited to be part of this talented cast and thanks director LeMaro Smith for the opportunity.
Lorraine has been performing murder mysteries for decades and never tires of them. Lorraine enjoys karaoke, roller skating, and reading about ordinary people doing extraordinary things. Lorraine has also been a mascot and singing telegram messenger.
CRYSTLE PAYNTHER is known for her extensive experience as an actress in both independent film and theater. Some of her leading role productions as an actress include; Black Girl, Seven Guitars, Black Nativity, and a host of independent films. Crystle recently starred in the short film “SMILE”, in which she won the 48 Hour Film Competition’s Best Female Actress Award. She enjoys impacting others through visual arts and entertainment. Crystle has taught theatre arts and video production to Akron Public School students aging from 5 to 13 and appreciates the opportunity to work with writer LeMaro Smith again in Heaven & Earth.
John Fecek is a distinguished, award winning actor, writer, and director of film, internet, and broadcast media. A native Clevelander. John’s recent projects include “Affliction”, an inspirational film released in 2016; a broadcast series titled “Horror Hotel”; and the documentary “A Murder in the Park” currently available on Netflix.
Matthew J. Wilks is a graduate of the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City who divides his career between theater and film. Stage highlights include: “Toga Party Terror” at Hilarities Comedy Club in Cleveland. “Gods Favorite” for which he was awarded a Merit in Acting Award from the Ohio Community Theatre Association, and 5 seasons with The Illusion Factory, a professional children’s theatre touring company. Film highlights include: Technically Marvin (Cleveland Film Festival), Draft Day, Cleveland Abduction, and the soon to be released Netflix film Little Evil. In addition to performing he is also a Director and Acting Teacher at several theaters throughout Northeast Ohio.
Dawn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Teaching Degree and license in 7-12 Integrated Social Studies and a Master’s Degree in School Counseling. Dawn is also a Licensed School Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor. In her free time she loves to act and sing. She has been involved in numerous films that came to Cleveland over the past several years, such as Fun Size, Innocence, Draft Day, Love Finds you In Sugar Creek Ohio, Criminal Activities and With this Ring just to name a few. She loves people and enjoys new and exciting challenges. She plans to continue to pursue acting for fun and to meet wonderful new people that it brings into her life.
